Patchy fog develops overnight across parts of the Four States. Lows in Joplin and Pittsburg will fall into the middle 20s. Highs reach the 50s Tuesday but it might be a little breezy Wednesday. We see a warming trend through Thursday but much colder air moves in for the weekend. Lows could fall into the single digits.
