A Flood Warning is in effect for the Neosho River near Commerce in Northeast Oklahoma. The river level is at 11.5 feet but is expected to reach flood stage this afternoon and crest at 18.8 feet. The flood warning is in effect until Friday morning. We have a Flood Watch in affect for most of Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas but this expires at 7:00 PM this evening. Some areas picked up over 2 inches of rain last night and Tuesday.
