Local players show off their skills in 47th Annual Kansas Shrine Bowl

TOPEKA, KS. — The 47th Annual Kansas Shrine Bowl was held Saturday evening at Hummer Sports Park in Topeka.

The top players from the east and west faced off in an exhibition game that also raises money for the Shriners Hospitals for Children.

Eight local players and coaches participated in this year’s game. The West got the victory over the East 14-9.
