Update: Three arrested after authorities find large amounts of meth

Three adults are facing felony charges after authorities find large amounts of meth in a Carthage home.

The Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team, Carthage Police Department, and Jasper County SWAT served a search warrant at a home in the 900 block of West Vine on Thursday. There were four adults and two small children in the residence at the time of the warrant, along with the suspected meth and two firearms.

Shane Willey, 28, was arrested for Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Sarah Lanyon, 32, was arrested for Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Child Endangerment.

Roland Lanyon was arrested for Assault 2nd and Armed Criminal Action. One adult was not charged with anything at this time and the two children were turned over to Family Services. 

Charges on the suspects are pending with the Jasper County Prosecutor’s Office.
