A Tornado Watch has been issued for all of Northeast Oklahoma until 12am (Friday overnight).

Counties in the Four State area include Ottawa, Craig, Delaware, and Mayes, as well as several others in central and east central Oklahoma.

A Tornado Watch means atmospheric conditions are favorable for tornado development.

Chief Meteorologist Matt Posgai says we may have either a severe storm or tornado watch for SE Kansas, SW Missouri, and NW Arkansas later this evening as well.
