Three arrested after drug bust in Lamar

Three wanted suspects are behind bars after authorities find drugs and weapons in a Southwest Missouri home.

Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team detectives served two arrest warrants on SE 53rd Lane in Lamar Monday. Ary Cliett, 34, and Chanstin Besendorfer, 27, were both taken into custody.

Cliett was charged with thre counts of delivery of a controlled substance, in addition to resisting arrest and unlawful use of a weapon.

Besendorfer was wanted for delivery of a controlled substance as well. A third suspect was in the house at the time, Paul Kennon, 44. Kennon was arrested on scene for a felony warrant for child support out of Vernon County.

Inside the home officials found 10 grams of suspected meth, 10 grams of marijuana, and a shotgun.

ODET had been working on the case, along with other agencies, since June of 2017 in order to obtain the warrants.
