A chance for some isolated storms that could become severe will impact the Four States Tuesday evening.

As of 6:15pm, only Elk and Chatauqua counties are under a Tornado Watch until 11pm Tuesday.

If isolated storms form elsewhere, it is mainly a hail threat and possibly wind threat. The threat for tornadoes is low at this time.

Meanwhile, in the early morning hours Wednesday, a line of storms is expected to impact the Four States from west to east. They’ll be on the radar after midnight and lasting until sunrise by the time they push all the way east.

Meteorologist believe most of the severe weather will stay south of our area, but if any storms become severe in the Four States, hail and wind will, again, be the two main threats. The tornado potential again remains low with that line of storms.
