A southeast Kansas bridge is among the list of April bids approved by the State Department of Transportation.
KDOT has approved a roughly $1 million bid to make repairs to the K-66 bridge in Riverton.
The outside lane of eastbound traffic on the bridge has been closed for several weeks due to the needed repairs.
The bid has been awarded to mission construction of St. Paul, Kansas.
It’s among the nearly 20 projects KDOT approved in the April bid process.
