News

A ten-person crew with the Quapaw Nation Swift Water Rescue Team is in Florida helping victims of Hurricane Dorian.

This is the third deployment for the team.

They also sent teams to Houston in 2017 to help Hurricane Harvey victims, and Hurricane Florence victims in North Carolina in 2018.

The team, which also includes law enforcement officers, is based out of Camp Blanding in Starke, Florida.
