Pittsburg Highschool to get Improvements

Pittsburg High School will be seeing some improvements soon.

In a recent school board meeting the district approved the purchase of new furniture for the high school. The school will be using about 65,000 from their furniture, fixture and equipment bond budget.

In addition the school district plans to go green and cut down on paper usage. Pittsburg schools superintendent Rich Proffitt says they want to utilize the technology available to them to cut down on some of their usage.
