On Newsfeed Now for Feb. 5, we were talking about how many school districts in the Texas-Oklahoma region are closing because of widespread flu. Derek Lowe from KFDX joined us to share what schools in their area are doing to fight the virus.

From our Washington bureau, Drew Petrimoulx joined host Aaron Nolan with the story of narcotics officers from across the country meeting in DC to brainstorm about the war on opioid trafficking. 

We also previewed President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address taking place tonight. WKRN political reporter Chris Bundgaard and Aaron examined what Americans could expect to hear. 

And a 2-year-old gets stuck, in of all places, a claw machine! Lucky for him firefighters were able to get him out. WKRG News Director Chris Best Joins us to talk about the viral video.
