Nevada man puts hat into ring for MO 4th Congressional District

A Nevada man who was running for president gains third party backing to run for Congress.

Robert Smith, who had filed to run for president in the 2020 General Election has dropped out of that race in favor of running for Missouri’s 4th Congressional District seat. That seat is currently held by Republican Vicky Hartzler. Smith says he’s running as an Independent, but with the nomination and backing of the Alliance Party.
