The city of Neosho is looking for someone to fill a soon-to-be open council seat.
Mayor Ben Baker will take on his new role as a Missouri state representative in the coming weeks. Baker filed his resignation letter at last night’s council meeting.
If you’re looking to apply you must fill out a letter of intent with city clerk at city hall. Applications will be accepted until January 15th.
Two candidates are needed and each position will serve a term of three years.
