JOPLIN, MO – Medical Marijuana patients in Missouri are getting more options at the dispensary.
More facilities are coming online, with 23 cultivation sites now approved to operate, along with another 28 for manufacturing.
120 dispensaries have gotten official approval to open their doors although early sales have ben plagued with limited supplies of marijuana products.
Medical marijuana first went on sale in October of 2020.
