MO residents looking to sell medical marijuana can soon pay for application fee

News

Missouri residents looking to sell or manufacture medical marijuana will soon be able to pay for their application fee.

Those looking to cultivate, manufacture infused projects, or become a dispensary can start paying their application fees starting January 5th. This application process is not for a facility, those forms haven’t been made available yet.

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services also has named state representative Lyndall Fraker and Amy Moore to over see certain aspects. Fraker will become the director of medical marijuana and Moore will become the deputy director.

Pre-filed application fees and forms must come together. For more information on how to apply, you can follow the link we’ve provided here.
