Missouri Legislation Addresses Texting While Driving

The bill is proposed by senator Bob Dixon, and was presented to the Senate Transportation, Infrastructure and Public Safety Committee on Thursday. The state law only prohibits drivers under 21 from texting while behind the wheel.  There is no Missouri law that specifically addresses texting while driving for people older than 21.
