Missouri American Water is ugring customers to sign up for the “Code Red” notifcation system for outages.
The company is asking customers to update their contact information and select a communication method for alerts.
They’ll send out information about planned outages or emergencies.
It’s a high speed system called “Code Red” used by the company for customer communication.
Missouri American says they want to make sure customers have as much information as soon as possible for outages.
