Joplin Police are asking the public’s assistance in locating a missing and endangered person last seen in Joplin.
His name is Steven R. Tepper. Police say he is 55 years old, 6’01, and 245 pounds.
He is known to not take his needed medication.
Tepper is also known to be driving a White Nissan Frontier Pickup Truck, Missouri License Plate 0WC721
