Francisco Eduardo Noches-Padilla, 38, from Guatemala, has been found guilty of all 18 felony counts this evening by a Crawford county jury in Pittsburg.
He was convicted of 13 counts of rape of a child under the age of 14, 4 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and 1 count of aggravated criminal sodomy.
On 15 of the convictions he faces life in prison without the possibility of parole for 25 years. These convictions stem from acts committed on one minor child between the years 2012-2017.
He will be required to register as an offender for life and will be placed on life time post release supervision if released from prison. If he is released from prison he will also face deportation proceedings back to his home country.
Deputy County Attorney Reina Probert prosecuted the case and it investigated by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department.
