On Monday Keith Wald, 36, of Joplin plead guilty to one count of second degree assault in Jasper County Court. All other charges have been dropped and Wald will serve 10 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for the assault charge.
On August 7th of last year, police tried to stop a Ford F-150 for not having lights on the attached trailer. As officers approached the vehicle, an explosive device was thrown out the window at the police. No one was injured.
Keith Wald and passenger, Nathan Felton, 24, of Neosho were taken into custody the next day. Felton will appear in court May 22nd.
