Semi tanker full of milk, 49,000 lbs and not a drop was spilled

A single vehicle rollover crash, which happened to be a semi tanker full of milk.  The 73-year-old driver was transported to a Joplin area hospital with moderate injuries. Driver was awake and alert talking as transported (official crash report link below).

The Missouri State Highway Patrol are directing traffic at the crash site while the process of removal happens.  They will remove the milk first and then it will be easier to remove the semi from the ditch. 

We talked with MSGT. D. Duechler and he said it will take a period of hours into the evening to clear.  Baseline Blvd about a mile east of MO-43 in Rural Jasper County, when looking at geographic maps it is actually called the Duval Township.  

This tanker is full of milk. None of which has escaped the still-intact tanker. M&M WRECKER will off load the milk and remove semi tanker wreck.
