OSBI processing crime scenes in two separate towns

UPDATE

(COMMERCE, Okla.) – UPDATE — OSBI was called around 9:30 Friday night for a stabbing that left one man dead.

Police say 38-year-old Ray Alan Whitney the second entered a home on the 300 block of South Maple Street in Commerce.

He was uninvited but supposedly knew someone inside.

Whitney was stabbed once then left the house in a vehicle with two other people. They were taking him to the hospital in Miami but pulled over at the Walmart parking lot where they called authorities.

Whitney was taken by ambulance to a Miami hospital where he later died.

No one has been arrested in the case yet as the investigation continues.

(COMMERCE OK / MIAMI OK) — Commerce Police Friday evening began investigation of a homicide. OSBI was called to help with the investigation.

As we arrive in Commerce we learn that OSBI is processing two crime scenes, in separate towns.
