Webb City Police pursuit 30+ miles to Baxter Springs, KS, pickup rammed a WCPD cruiser along the way

This pursuit began in Webb City near MacArthur and Rose, near the former Price Cutter.  

Lt Travis Osterman of the Webb City PD tell us that as the truck was near JJ and Daylight Rd it stopped.  Appeared they were giving up the pursuit.  However it abruptly backed up and rammed a Webb City cruiser.

Baxter Springs Police Department tell us they were the final ones to deploy spike strips at the HWY 400 roundabout, North of Baxter Springs. You can tell this truck limped its way into town.  Three tires were flat and speeds were topping 20 mph, as the Ford F-150 rolled south, entering Baxter on the north end of town.

We were told there were two people in this truck. A male and a female who are being detained.  UPDATE [two arrested, click link].
