Vehicle overturns into ravine after collision at 34th and Main

JOPLIN, Mo. — About 6:30 p.m. reports of a two vehicle crash at 34th and Main alerted Joplin Emergency Dispatch. 

Joplin Fire Dept, Joplin Police and METS ambulance responded. 

JPD tell us a tan colored passenger car was driving north on Main. It collided with a white passenger, traveling east on 34th.  The white vehicle overturned into the northeast ditch. 

One male driver of the northbound tan car was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. 

Rosenberg Towing and Recovery and Comer’s Towing removed the vehicles from the crash scene. There was a 34th street westbound stop sign that was taken out in the crash.
