20 minutes later this storm touched ground at the MO/KS line, crosses P Hwy, winds amped to 140 mph as the EF3 tornado hit the Briarbrook neighborhood in Carl Junction, MO.

The report states that the tornado touched the ground right at the state line and followed a northeast path for 9 miles. At it’s widest it was 1/4 mile.
