Trooper A J Cook of the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports around 2:15 PM Monday afternoon a two vehicle crash occurred on P Hwy, 2.5 miles northwest of Joplin. This lies in the Carl Junction area in the 1600 bk north Central City Road.
According to the report Zachary Raybourn, 22, of Billings, MO driving a 2019 Jeep Cherokee was traveling north. Raybourn “was stopped attempting to turn left…struck from behind.”

Virginia Budiselic, 79, of Joplin, skidded and struck the other vehicle from behind. She was driving a 1997 Subaru now estimated a total loss.
Budselic was wearing her seatbelt however was transported to an area hospital with minor injuries.
