Meagan Milliken with the CWEP is back today with Howie to let us all know to come on out to their Sparkle In The Park event! On November 27th at 4 p.m. in Carthage’s Central Park, you can join the CWEP in covering all of Central Park in Christmas Lights making it a beautiful Winter Wonderland!
