FSCC is awarded money to help students

FORT SCOTT, Kan. — Fort Scott Community College is being awarded more than $250,000 to help low income, first generation, and students with disabilites succeed in college.

The US deparment of education has given the college a federal student support services grant of $260,839 to help more students succeed in and graduate from college.

FSCC has had a trio student support services program for over 20 years.
