Enrollment is now open for kids interested in joining the 4H Club.
The program is accepting new participants in Crawford, Montgomery, Wilson and Labette counties up until May 1st. While enrolled in the program, kids have the opportunity to join groups focused on their personal interests, ranging from anything like science and technology to agriculture. And the 4H Club even offers scholarships to help pay for participants to attend events and for college as well.
“We do have scholarships they can apply for to like to go college and different things like that. A statewide, a local one, so there’s just lots of opportunity available for that,” says Will Morris with 4H Youth Development.
The 4h Club is only open to children aged 7 to 17. For more information on the program, visit the link we’ve provided here.
