An EF-0 tornado also touched down in Oronogo stretching 8 miles long Wednesday night.
Its width was 200 yard wide, with an estimated peak wind of 81 miles per hour.
It touched down at 8:27 pm and was on the ground for 8 minutes.

Meteorologists call it cycling, when a tornado lifts and then drops back down multiple times. Therefore, 3 tornadoes were confirmed associated with this storm: Carl Junction, MO (EF-3), Oronogo (EF-0), and Golden City (EF-3).
A fourth tornado touchdown was an EF-0 in Treece, KS around 7:34pm and stayed on the ground for 3 miles. It was not part of the same cell that touched down in Jasper County.
