Earthquake felt in Wichita, Tulsa and other parts of Kansas and Oklahoma


An earthquake was felt in parts of Oklahoma and Kansas Friday afternoon.

The United States Geological Survey says a 4.4 magnitude earthquake struck a little more than 9 miles south southeast of Medford, Oklahoma.

The earthquake happened shortly after 3:30pm.

People in Tulsa to Wichita all reported feeling the earth shake.
