CRAIG COUNTY — A Craig County woman is in jail on animal cruelty charges.
Deputies arrested 26 year old Sebetha Lee Orlovetz of Welch on felony complaints of animal cruelty after finding two severely malnourished horses.
According to deputies, the horses were malnourished and suffering from parasitic infections
She is being held on a $40,000 bond.
