The City of Joplin says the heavily traveled road will close for three weeks starting on April 15th.
From the City:
“Branco has moved start date to April 15 for utility work to begin along west side of Connecticut from 44th Street heading north to the bridge, Work is due to Branco working on water lines for Missouri American Water & will take approx. 3 weeks.
There will be a closure on Connecticut starting at 32nd Street and detours will be in place. Drivers will need to use alternate routes and drivers are urged to use extreme caution in the work area.
Residents will be allowed access to their property. The City does appreciate your patience.”
