Baxter Springs man pleads guilty to securities fraud


 A Baxter Springs man pleads guilty to felony securities fraud.

James Hall, 50, entered the plea in connection to an incident in Johnson county, KS in March, 2013. A release from Attorney General Derek Schmidt’s office says the loss to the investor in that case was $150,000. Sentencing in the case has been scheduled for May 31.
