PITTSBURG, Kan. — As we recently reported, the City of Pittsburg’s network systems experienced a cyber security attack.
That attack happened in September, resulting in a temporary shutdown of the city IT system… and impacting email, phones, and online payments.
The city still doesn’t have access to the citywide email.
They declined giving an update on the status of the investigation but say it’s a federal crime and are working with legal advisors.
