JOPLIN, Mo. — Just after 6:30 AM Saturday reports of a commercial structure fire near 8th and Kentucky. NE corner property with an address of 731 South Kentucky.
The property is an extension of the Wright Radiator Service across the street to the south.
Joplin Fire Department, METS ambulance and Joplin Police responded.
Joplin Fire reported on first arrival flames and smoke and they were out for attack.

The building was a total loss. Joplin Fire determined portions of the building dangerous and around 8:30 AM portions were taken down safely by the city of Joplin demo crew.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation Joplin Police tell us.
The property is located southeast of Downtown in the ONE JOPLIN designated Conklin Neighborhood.
