KSNF/KODE — A former Carthage mayor has passed away.
Mike Harris,77, had a heart attack Sunday night, leading to his death.
He served as a the Carthage mayor from 2010 to 2018. Harris was a city council member for 11 years before that and had also been the mayor pro tem at one point.
Funeral services have not yet been announced.
