Walter George Rapp was a member of the United States Navy. Rapp served from 1952 to 1956 on the Arnold J Isabelle Destroyer, and served in the Korean War. Rapp was a 3Rd Class Gunner’s Mate. We salute you Gunner’s Mate Rapp and thank you for your service.
