Storm Tracker Morning Forecast for 10/23/13

Wednesday will start out chilly in the mid-to-upper 30s, with a Frost Advisory expiring at 9am for Southeast Kansas and Southwestern Missouri. Temperatures will struggle to reach 60° this afternoon with a few mid-level clouds, thanks to a system tracking it's way through northern and eastern Missouri. Temperatures will stay above the freezing-mark this evening in the before temperatures drop again tomorrow, reaching only the mid-50s by mid-afternoon. Then, tomorrow night, below-freezing temperatures will be the main story as a Freeze Watch is in effect.
