Webb City Badges and Burgers Fundraiser

City workers in Webb City host "Badges and Burgers" to benefit United Way.
WEBB CITY, MO.--- City workers in Webb City host "Badges and Burgers" to benefit United Way. This is the fourth annual cookout the Webb City Fire Department has held. Police officers also made deliveries upon request. Local business donated items to raffle off to help raise money for United Way. City workers say they hope to raise $3,000 or more.

"We are really wanting to have this be a good occasion for us. We have been doing much better every year and we just really appreciate the community coming out and showing all of their support to us," said Patti Etherton, Webb City Relations and Payroll.

The menu consisted of hamburgers or cheeseburgers plus chips, a drink and a dessert.
