Two Inducted to Joplin Golf Hall of Fame, One to Kansas Babe Ruth

Saturday night at Twin Hills Country Club, the Joplin golf hall of fame added two names, Kyle Long and Jan Rose. Long is a Joplin high and MSSU grad who's won many area tournaments over the years, while Rose has volunteered many hours over many years to growing junior golf in the area.<br><br>Also, in Parsons, the Kansas Babe Ruth Hall of Fame honored Steve Lardy. Lardy is the longtime radio voice of the Vikings, and volunteered for years in youth baseball as a coach, umpire and board member. Lardy is just the 15th person to be inducted.
