Two Carthage Structure Fires Under Investigation as Arson

CARTHAGE, MO.--- Carthage authorities are investigating two structure fires as arson. Crews responded to the blazes on Butternut Lane around 5:20 on November 29. When they arrived, both buildings were on fire. The first structure was vacant, but the second was a commercial building occupied by WW Trucking Polishing. It took firefighters three hours to put out the flames. They determined both fires were intentionally set.

Officials are looking for a male approximately 30 years old with a short dark beard, and husky build. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie. They are also looking for a female approximately 30 year old, last seen wearing a black coat. A witness saw them in a 2000 Black Dodge or Chrysler mini-van.
