Breaking news to report at this hour, police are called to a home in Joplin, only to find a woman, dead. The call came into the Joplin Police Department around 5:00 p.m. this afternoon. When police entered the home, located on the 900 block of Central in Joplin, they found a 26-year-old woman dead. Police are calling her death suspicious, and should know more about the cause after an autopsy which is scheduled for tomorrow. "Any unattended death, especially a young person, is going to lead to an investigation to see what the cause is," says Corporal Chuck Niess with the Joplin Police Department.
