Springfield Zookeeper Killed by Elephant Investigation Results Revealed

A federal investigation reveals no issues.
SPRINGFIELD, MO--- The U.S. Department of Agriculture released a report that found "No Non-Compliant Items", at the Dickerson Park Zoo. Inspectors were examining the management of a 41 year-old elephant named Patience. In October, Patience charged and killed John Bradford, a zookeeper at Dickerson Park for 25 years.

The Association of Zoos and Aquariums has also requested a report on Bradford's death from the zoo.
