Ron Erwin, "No Comment" into FBI Investigation

We continue to follow a developing story that's linked Joplin to a year long, multi-murder investigation out of Albuquerque, NM.

�Joplin, MO--Erwin Photography in Joplin is searched in connection to a multi-murder investigation out of Albuquerque, NM.

Erwin Photography is located at 411 Main Street.

Ron Erwin's home was also searched at 414 W. 26h Street.

Authorities are not saying why they are searching Erwin's properties and have not linked him as a person of interest or suspect in the investigation.

Erwin also owns Fox Farm Whole Foods in Joplin that has a sign out front saying closed; a Joplin Police Officer is also sitting out front.

Also searched was another home at 26th street and Ohio.

According to Albuquerque Police, their investigation led them to Joplin after a tip.

Police aren't releasing many details at this time, but do tell�KODE/KSN that they are searching for evidence in connection to the '118th Street Murders' out of Albuquerque, NM that are also known as 'The Mesa Graves.'� Police say that's where at least 11 womens' bodies were found and one fetus.

KODE news reporter Cole Heath spoke with Ron Erwin Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. on the phone, Erwin says he has, "no comment" into the investigation.
