Pittsburg Police Investigate an Alleged Hit and Run

It happened just after two Saturday morning across from the Pittsburg State University campus.
PITTSBURG, KS-- The Pittsburg Police Department investigates an alleged hit and run accident.

It happened just after two Saturday morning across from the Pitt State campus near 1600 South Broadway.

Police say a vehicle was driving northbound on Broadway when it hit a pedestrian.

Authorities say Henry Bell actually jumped in front of the moving car.

According to police, the driver identified as Cameron Bryles-Ford, left the scene and was later found at her home.

Bell was transported to Via Christi for injuries.

The accidents is still under investigation.
