MISSOURI--- A state lawmaker has been charged with stealing campaign donations to spend on himself. State Representative Steve Webb of Florissant is accused of mishandling more than $60,000 and using more than $6,000 on personal expenses. The money was supposed to help with campaign finances for the legislative black caucus. Criminal charges include one felony count of stealing and seven misdemeanor counts of violating campaign finance law.
