BAXTER SPRINGS, KS.--- The Kansas Attorney General's Office has convicted three men on meth related charges. Dale Karnes and Christopher Wene, both of Baxter Springs, were each sentenced to 84 months in the Kansas Department of Corrections for the manufacture of a controlled substance. Jose Muniz of Garden City was sentenced to 136 months for possession of meth with an intent to sell. The imposed sentences total 26 years of prison time. All suspects pleaded no contest to the charges.
