JOPLIN, MO.--- A Joplin man admits that he shot and killed his estranged wife. Rondias Webb entered a guilty plea in Jasper County court today. The charges were filed in connection to the death of Monica Webb, 36, in November of last year. The couple was separated at the time and the victim had filed for an Order of Protection. Webb was given a life sentence for second degree murder and an additional 15 years in prison for armed criminal action.
