JOPLIN, MO.--- House of Hope Joplin celebrates their 5th birthday today. The organization assists broken families and offers non-residential counseling services. House of Hope's social work has also served the area by creating parent and teen support groups, providing tutoring services, and social outings for young adults.
"We love teenagers and we love their families, and we want to help in any way we can. Walk along side them in different seasons of life where there's turmoil and hardship. It's just a great privilege that we've been able to be here for five years," said Jen Black, Executive Director.
